A durable formula that resists temperatures up to 500 degrees F intermittently. Durable ceramic resins give maximum heat dissipation. Superior glossy finish resists oil and gas, and won't blister, flake, crack or peel. Sold individually in 11 ounce spray cans.
This black color is commonly used on a variety of underhood surfaces, and many suspension and chassis pieces. 1965 Mustang engine blocks and heads were all originally painted black at the factory. Also, the intake snout on the 1965 289 V8 air cleaner should be painted black.
